Vimal Vaidya, Founder, Chairman and CEO
As a leading industry entrepreneur, Vimal possesses an extensive background in networking and security. Most recently, Vimal was the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer for iPolicy Networks, where within three years he took the company from product concept and transformed it into a multi-million dollar business. Prior to iPolicy Networks Vimal was the Vice President of Intrusion Detection and assessment for Axent Technologies, Inc., where he was responsible for engineering and marketing the company's network security product line. Vimal came to Axent through the acquisition of Internet Tools, Inc., where he was the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer. Internet Tools was a pioneer in signature-based IDS. Before Internet Tools, Inc., Vimal was the Vice President of the Security Products Group for ON Technology Corp. and was responsible for creating a network security product line business. Vimal joined ON Technology Corp. through the acquisition of NeTrend Corp., which he founded and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to starting NeTrend Corp. Vimal served as Director of Engineering at SBE Inc. Vimal holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering from MS University in India and a Masters in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is also an active private investor and serves on the board of directors for several start-up companies.

Jim Leonard, Vice President, Direct Sales
Mr, Leonard is a seasoned security industry veteran. He was the original sales director for McAfee when it launched its anti-virus solutions, and employee number four at Trend Micro, where he helped launch its original firewall-based antivirus solution. Leonard was most recently the vice president of sales at Caymas Systems where he was responsible for the enterprise re-launch of Identity-Based NAC Appliance to F2500, and tripling its revenue in the first quarter.
